Select your project package and options that align with your requirements. Engage instantly with our team by proceeding through the service purchase & checkout process. You will receive a welcoming email, confirming the initiation of your project upon completion of the checkout process.
Discovery starts with a streamlined onboarding procedure allowing us to get to know you & your photography goals. We automatically provide credentials to access a private project dashboard. Our private dashboards will enable you to schedule a date and time that is convenient.
On a predetermined date & time, our mobile real estate photography team will meet with you at your property. Our crew will walk the property with you and discuss their ideas on specific shots they recommend. We will also take your feedback & incorporate it into the session. Our real estate photographers will arrive fully-equipped, enabling them to accommodate any last-minute addition requests. We typically overshoot the session. By doing so, we can provide you with more photos to select from to fulfill your package.
Upon completion of your photoshoot, our crew will immediately upload their footage to our backend system. By taking immediate action, it allows our photo editors to optimize the images in rapid succession. This efficient process garners us the fastest turnaround time compared to our competitors.
Once your photos have been fully edited & optimized, we will send you a link to where you can review them.
Revision Rounds are not typically necessary for real estate photography projects. However, we recognize each listing is unique and can be subjective. Following our initial presentation, all your comments, ideas & questions should be consolidated and submitted. Necessary editing revisions are then made and resubmitted for final approval. If you require additional revision rounds or a secondary on-site shoot, a fee may apply. Complete client satisfaction is our goal & is why we include one round of edits at no cost.
Upon final submission & approval, we will deliver your video in mp4 format. If a specific image format is required or preferred, make sure to include it in your project brief.
The conclusion of each project presents us with an opportunity to gain insight into our performance. As our client, your feedback is extremely valuable to us. It allows us to relish in the success of another satisfied customer, or identity areas we can improve. We provide you with a link to a short satisfaction survey & in return; we provide you with a delicious token of our appreciation for your feedback. A true Win-Win!
